GUETTINGS PROGRESSION Named after a French mathamatician, Guettings' Progression is 4 stage system that takes advantage of winning streaks, and minimises your stake during losing streaks. The 4 stages are - Stage 1 - 1 unit. Stage 2 - 1.5 / 2 / 3 Stage 3 - 4 / 6 / 8 Stage 4 - 10 / 15 / 20 The progression is very simple. Choose your favourite game that pays out close to Evens, such as Black / Red in Roulette, or the Banker bet in Baccarat. Bet 1 unit. Keep betting 1 unit until you hit 2 consecutive wins. Then progress to stage 2, and bet 1.5 units. Only progress up to the next higher bet in a stage after 2 consecutive wins. After a loss, step down to the first unit of the next lower stage. So if you got to the end of Stage 3, and were betting 8 units, a losing bet would take you back to the beginning of Stage 2, and a 1.5 unit bet. In practice, you will very rarely get to Stage 4, you would need 15 consecutive wins to get there. 95% of the time you will be in Stages 1 and 2, so it may be worth making your units quite big, say £10 - £20 to get a good return on this progression. Also, note that the game with the lowest House Edge is Baccarat, with a bet on the Banker, so it works best here. Back to casino gambling systems
